Ahora piense como lo hace, la dedicaci\u00f3n que pone en crear un producto o servicio excepcional\u00a0y por \u00faltimo las caracter\u00edsticas de su producto.<\/p>\n<p>Un mensaje tradicional ser\u00eda algo como esto:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>&#8220;Fabricamos computadoras geniales. Est\u00e1n muy bien dise\u00f1adas, son sencillas y f\u00e1ciles de usar. \u00bfQuieres comprar una?&#8221;<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El mensaje anterior esta construido as\u00ed: \u00bfQu\u00e9 hacemos? y \u00bfC\u00f3mo lo hacemos?, es un mensaje poco inspirador hasta podr\u00edamos decir que ins\u00edpido. Ahora veamos como lo har\u00eda <strong>Apple<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>&#8220;En todo lo que hacemos, creemos en el cambio del status quo. Creemos en un pensamiento diferente. La manera como desafiamos el status quo es haciendo productos muy bien dise\u00f1ados, sencillos y f\u00e1ciles de usar. Sencillamente hacemos computadoras geniales. \u00bfQuiere comprar una?&#8221;<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00bfNota la diferencia en el mensaje?; Apple nos vende algo en que creer, por ello muchas personas se sienten a gusto comprando sus productos y sigue siendo una compa\u00f1\u00eda fuerte, s\u00f3lida e innovadora.<\/p>\n<p>El C\u00edrculo Dorado tiene una base biol\u00f3gica no psicol\u00f3gica, que explica el porque las personas reaccionan mejor a la comunicaci\u00f3n de adentro hacia afuera; nuestro cerebro esta divido en 3 partes principales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Neocortex:<\/strong> Responsable de todos nuestros procesos anal\u00edticos, racionales y del lenguaje.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sistema L\u00edmbico:<\/strong> Responsable de nuestras emociones como la lealtad y la confianza, pero sin habilidad\u00a0de lenguaje.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reptiliano:<\/strong> Responsable de nuestro sentido de supervivencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El <strong>Neocortex<\/strong> se asocia con \u00bfQue hacemos? y \u00bfC\u00f3mo lo hacemos? es capaz de entender todas las caracter\u00edsticas y funciones que pueda tener un producto, pero esto no gu\u00eda el comportamiento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuando nos comunicamos de adentro hacia afuera, le estamos hablando al directamente a la parte del cerebro que controla el comportamiento y entonces permitimos a las personas racionalizarlo con las cosas tangibles que decimos y hacemos. Aqu\u00ed es donde se toman las decisiones instintivas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entonces concluimos que las personas no compran lo que hacemos sino el porque lo hacemos&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>En <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">iT<\/span>rends\u00a0vemos a nuestros clientes como un socio a largo plazo, con quienes podamos crecer juntos.
